Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts to understand client requirements, processes, and challenges
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.) to align with client needs
• Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity during the transition process
• Conduct functional testing to validate configurations and ensure quality standards are met
• Provide expert user training, documentation, and ongoing support for successful system adoption
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and business process analysis
• Strong expertise in Odoo functional modules, workflows, and configurations
• Experience in leading Odoo ERP projects from analysis to implementation
• Proven ability to train and support end-users effectively
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Odoo certification or advanced training in Odoo functional consulting
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Studio for UI customization
• Knowledge of Python or Odoo development for minor customizations
• Experience working in manufacturing, retail, or service industries using Odoo
• Understanding of data migration tools and techniques
• Previous experience mentoring or managing junior consultants
