About the Job

Operating coffee processing equipment according to established protocols and schedules.
Ensuring the quality of coffee beans by performing regular checks and adjusting machine settings as necessary.
Monitoring the roasting and grinding process to ensure consistency and quality.
Performing regular cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs on coffee processing machinery to ensure optimal operation.
Documenting and reporting any machine malfunctions or breakdowns to supervisors.
Maintaining inventory of raw materials and supplies needed for coffee processing.
Adhering to all safety standards and protocols while operating machinery.
Training new staff in the operation and safety procedures of coffee processing machinery.
Keeping accurate records of each batch of coffee processed, including bean variety, roast level, and any notable characteristics.
