Job Summary

The Database Division Administration Manager is responsible for managing the database administration team and ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of the organization’s database systems. This role involves developing strategies for database management, ensuring seamless integration with the database system infrastructure, and supporting business operations through effective data management preps

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead, mentor, and manage the database administration team, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities;
• Develop and implement strategic plans for database management that align with the company’s overall IT strategy;
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for database projects and initiatives;
• Oversee the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems, including relational (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, etc….);
•  Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of database systems across the organization;
•  Manage the integration of databases within the company infrastructure, ensuring optimal connectivity and data flow;
