Essential Function

• Perform in the preparation of strategic plan & functional level strategy of the bank;
• Consolidate & prepare strategy annual plan and budget;
• Prepare & consolidate periodic monthly, quarterly and annually performance report;
• Implement corporate and department performance measurement and revisit as necessary;
• Prepare and consolidate action plan of the bank;
• Follow up the growth trajectory and profitability of the bank
• Gather and maintains statistical on the bank industry;
• Performs other related duties as required

• BA/MA in Business administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management any other related fields with 8.5/6.5 years’ work experience of which 2 years in relevant senior officer position in banking industry.
