Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
Proven track record in resource mobilization and customer base expansion, with demonstrated results in sales and service excellence.
Experience in promoting and selling digital banking products and services, along with a solid grasp of digital banking trends.
A background in sales, particularly in banking products or services, is valuable for driving resource mobilization and customer base expansion.
Experience in operations management can be beneficial for enhancing operational efficiency.
