Responsibilities
Actively involved in Data entry at HR Management System
Fill Pension Forms of employees
Overseeing the completion of documentation, and issuing employment contracts
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Supporting internal and external inquiries, job postings, and HR events
Performing orientations and updating records for new employees
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Assist in performance management processes
Assisting with the hiring process, including screening resumes and conducting initial interviews

Education
College, University/Undergraduate
Qualifications
Diploma/BA in Management, HRM and related fields of Study
Experience
1-2 Years of Experience for BA and 3-4 Years for Diploma
Required skills
Proven experience as HR Officer, administrator or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics and reliability
