Identify Training Needs: Conduct job analyses, performance reviews, and surveys of employees and managers to identify training needs
Design and Develop Training Programs: Create and develop training programs that address identified needs and gaps.
Deliver Comprehensive Training: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including instructor-led training and e-learning modules, in compliance with the bank’s rules and regulations, and in response to demand.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through pre- and post-training assessments, and measure the impact on employee performance and productivity.
Stay Updated: Stay current on the latest trends and developments in training and development.
Ensuring trainings align with Bank Goals: Collaborate with other departments, districts, and branches to ensure that training programs align with the Bank’s overall goals and objectives.
Maintain Knowledge Management: Manage a repository of training materials and resources, ensuring accessibility and consistency.
Perform Other Duties: As required.

Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs using a variety of methods.
Proven experience in training and development, with a strong track record of successful program implementation.
Experience in developing and implementing individual learning plans.
Expertise in instructional design methodologies.
Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Consideration
