Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Research Officer is responsible for assisting the Manager of the Marketing Research Division in conducting market research activities and providing support in gathering insights and data related to customer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis. He/She will contribute to developing marketing strategies and decision-making processes based on research findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing market research plans and methodologies to gather data on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis;
• Support in conducting primary and secondary research studies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis, to collect relevant market information;
• Assist in analyzing research findings and providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management;
• Collaborate with the team to monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement;
• Assist in integrating market research findings into marketing strategies, product development, and customer engagement initiatives;
• Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders;

• Education: BA/MA/MBA in Marketing Management, Management or related fields of studies
• Experience: 7/5 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position
