• First degree in Hotel Management and relevant field
• Two Years and above related experience
• Provide expert advice on operational improvements, guest service, and revenue management.
• Create training materials and user-friendly guides tailored to various hospitality roles.
• Collaborate with hotel management teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Proven track record in training, coaching, or consultative roles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt complex operational concepts for diverse audiences
